Agreement

By creating an account or using RugbyTime, you agree to these terms.

RugbyTime provides software tools for rugby clubs to manage teams, fixtures, communications, and related operations. The service is intended for use in the United Kingdom unless we agree otherwise in writing.

If you use RugbyTime on behalf of a club or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms where applicable.

Clubs are responsible for how they configure roles, what data they enter about members, and how they communicate with families. RugbyTime provides the platform; each club typically acts as a controller of personal data about its members under UK data protection law, while RugbyTime processes data as needed to deliver the service.

Acceptable Use

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You must not misuse the service, attempt to access data you are not permitted to see, interfere with security or availability, or use RugbyTime for unlawful purposes.

Subscriptions

Features, pricing, and availability may change over time. Where we offer paid plans, billing terms are presented at purchase and may be updated with reasonable notice as described in product communications or your agreement with us.

Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, subject to any rights you may have as a consumer that cannot be excluded.

Our Privacy notice describes optional analytics on this site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by law.
